Terms & Conditions Harta33 — A Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

These Terms and Conditions take effect immediately upon completion of your account registration on the harta33 platform, or upon accessing any part of the platform even without registering. Continued use of the harta33 platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

Harta33 operates as a digital entertainment platform offering a range of online casino games, Sports Betting, lottery, and related services to eligible users. The platform is designed specifically for the Malaysian market, and all transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
